Another exciting bespoke project! 🏋️

Our customer had almost everything they needed at home – except a proper place to work out. So we created a custom-built 8 × 3 m wooden extension that complements the architecture of the house and makes it possible to enjoy a workout at home, whenever it suits them.

You start looking into home golf simulator cost in the UK and the first number you find is £50,000, and it’s tempting to close the tab right there. That figure’s real, but it’s the top of the range, not the entry point.

The honest answer to what this actually costs you depends on three products: the launch monitor, the screen and enclosure, and the room. Get specific about all three and the number gets a lot less frightening.

A garden man cave gives you a space that’s entirely your own — without sacrificing room inside the house. From a home gym or gaming room to a private retreat, discover the setups worth copying and how to create your own. 👉🏻

Every house has a spot that never quite becomes yours. The spare room turns into a dumping ground, the garage fills up with everything except the car, and the sofa corner you claimed for match days gets colonised the second anyone else wants the TV. A garden man cave solves that in one move: a...

We are pleased to share one of our largest and most unique projects, which was recently completed.

The 15 × 7 metre fully insulated timber building was designed from the very beginning around the client’s wishes and lifestyle. With approximately 75 m² of interior space, it includes everything needed for a private wellness centre: a home gym, massage room, SPA area, sauna with a 30 m² terrace, as well as several smaller practical spaces.

💪🏻 One of the central features of the building is the spacious home gym, with two high-quality wooden bi-fold doors, each approximately 3 metres wide, and two tall windows. When fully opened, the bi-fold doors connect the gym directly with the garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space. This makes it possible to work out in the fresh air, enjoy plenty of natural light and stay surrounded by greenery.

💦 For relaxation, the building includes a separate massage room, SPA area and private sauna opening directly onto the covered terrace. Nordic spruce has been used for the sauna interior, with Thermo Aspen benches and backrest. At the heart of the sauna is a Harvia Cilindro electric heater with approximately 100 kg of sauna stones.

🔩 The building has been carefully designed for year-round use. The strong structure features 70 mm wall beams and 28 mm floorboards. The roof and floor are insulated with Recticel PIR boards, while the external walls feature mineral wool and a wind barrier membrane. Electrical and climate-control cables and connections were integrated into the structure during construction. The exterior is finished with premium Thermo Wood cladding, treated with two coats of high-quality wood oil.

This project is a great example of what can be achieved with a fully bespoke timber building. The finished building is much more than a traditional garden house. It is a private wellness centre combining exercise, massage, SPA, sauna and outdoor relaxation – all conveniently located in the comfort of the client’s own garden.

Who’s already looking forward to seeing the house fully furnished? We hope to share those photos with you soon!

Stefan 1 is the perfect small garden house with a sleeping loft – a cosy, practical and thoughtfully designed solution for both a garden retreat and a compact holiday home.

The comfortable loft creates a lovely sleeping or relaxation area, while the spacious interior can be adapted to suit your needs – whether it is hosting guests, creating a creative workspace, or simply having a place to escape from everyday life for a while.

The house is made from high-quality Nordic spruce, and the 70 mm thick walls provide a strong and durable construction. Double-glazed windows and doors help improve thermal insulation, while storm rods installed inside the walls provide additional stability and strength.

Stefan 1 – small in size, but big in possibilities!

Home golf simulators have gone from a novelty to a genuine UK boom over the last few years, and searches for golf sim rooms UK reflect it. Whether you’re weighing up a garage conversion or a purpose-built garden cabin, the questions are always the same: what does the kit actually cost, what size room do you need, and — the bit most guides skip entirely — do you need planning permission to put one in the garden? 🏌⛳
