Today I have been busy in the kitchen, not only did I bake focaccia bread, I also made home made hot cross buns! These are my absolute favourite treat, they take hours to make however the joy I get from sitting with a cup of tea tucking in to a toasted bun with lashings of butter can not be measured! It takes me right back to being in a country cafe with my mum! Happy days ahead! 🫖🍰🍞👩🏻‍🍳🥯😍🫶😘🥰😋🤤
