Been a while since I have posted as I have been so busy in my role at Romans, working, and setting up my husband and Is new business.

I have loved being the Romans UK Team manager for 2 years now and if your looking for a company that can relate to what reps need then look no further... The owner and I have been where you are, as reps and team leaders selling, building teams etc so we know what is needed to succeed.

My Romans Empire story 🤍🩶🖤

What is Romans?
Romans is every one walking into my house telling me how amazing it smells... honestly I never get tired of that one 💪👏💗
Really tho we have an insane range of home fragrance products growing from to 76 to 89 on Feb 1st... that's candles, Melts, sprays, Reeds etc. We also do Burners too.
BUT not only do we do home fragrance we have the most beautiful affordable body products...shower gels, body lotions and butters, oils, bubble bath, bombs and rocks and ever growing!!! We also do them in some famous inspired by scents like Sauvage and My girl (my 2 Faves)

Where do i fit in?
Romans is owned by one of my best friends Shelley Hughes. Shelley created Romans in June 2022 but had been testing and trialling before this.
Ive been with Romans since Sept 2022. When I started, the company was not doing MLM and this all changed on that crazy day Sept 1st 2022. It was added to Romans for me to join and bring some of my team...and i became the Romans UK Team manager. We have recruited around 400 reps and we have built a little empire in just 16 months.

I had to leave my previous company for reasons I will not completely go in to but lets just say quality was slipping and things weren't right at the top where I was.

I joined Romans with some of my reps and team leaders who trusted my intuition that the GRASS CAN BE greener on the other side and we never looked back. This isn't to say I didn't miss the ones in my team who remained, I did, I still do!!! and they will always always have a place with me if they aren't doing anything else like home Fragrance whether that be in my team now or 2 years down the line. I understand why people had to stay. Now my current reps I see the smile back in their faces. I see the buzz back on their pages. The positivity, dedication and loyalty to Romans they all show is without a doubt something I am extremely proud of. In fact I am so busy I don't get to keep on top of my own selling group lol.

We are all one team here at Romans, I love the Excitement, Respect for one another and egging each other on with genuine support and wanting each other to do well. There's no competition between everyone apart from on our zoom games nights 😁💪🤣🤣 and in our challenges ey Kelly Field 🤣🤣 (my challenge queen)

My inbox is always open to anyone who wants to join whether I know you, I don't know you, if your a seasoned pro at NWM or if you haven't a clue and again If anyone is from my previous company and not doing it anymore and misses being part of my team you know where I am.... :-)
