This time-lapse shows Will assembling one of our new Velocity Evo chassis in our purpose-built chassis assembly area.

Designed to support an efficient one-person build process, the workstation features a dedicated lift, organised tooling, and all the correct fittings close at hand. This helps ensure every chassis is assembled accurately, consistently, and to the high standards we set ourselves.

The Velocity Evo features a lightweight modular chassis design and comes with our punch deck floor as standard. As well as providing a strong and durable foundation, it makes the trailer practical to use with straightforward over-wheel strapping for quick and secure vehicle loading.

Continuous improvement is a core part of what we do. By investing in our facilities, refining our designs, and improving our manufacturing processes, we strive to achieve ever higher standards of quality, reliability, and value in every trailer we build.
