Clinging Koala Metal Sculpture

Built from repurposed scrap metal, this upcycled wildlife sculpture gives new purpose to discarded workshop hardware, a spherical steel head with a smooth solid snout, coiled spring ears, mesh and wire coil fur detailing, pipe elbows forming limbs, and sharp curved claw digits griping a vertical rusted steel pipe. Meticulously assembled from upcycled components, the detailed arboreal marsupial replica features nut-ring eyes, a textured torso wrap, and an authentic climbing posture fixed around a metal support post. Displayed indoors resting on a workshop bench in front of tools and window lighting, raw MIG weld seams, burnished steel finishes, and rich oxidized rust patinas combine to yield a commanding display piece.
