I just wanted to share a little update with you about Bear Cottage. I have been following a slightly more relaxed approach to retail by changing my lifestyle and focusing on creating a healthier balance in my day to day life. I want to reassure you that I’m still very much here working away in the background sourcing new and preloved treasure and can’t wait to share my future adventures with you all

After so many wonderful years it’s time for me to close the doors of Bear Cottage, the shop has been so much more than a business to me it’s been a dream, a second home, and a place filled with beautiful memories and friendships. The last few years have brought challenges that have been hard to overcome, and though it breaks my heart to say goodbye I am choosing to see this as a new beginning and the start of a new exciting chapter where I can take everything I’ve learned and loved here and carry it forward.
To all of you who supported me thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness, your encouragement, and your belief in me have meant more than words can ever say. I’ll always be grateful for the friends, the memories, and the laughter Much love Julie 🤍 x
