Supplied and fitted by New Homes Flooring, this beautiful runner features Alpine White, bringing a luxurious finish to an incredible home. The installation is completed with Piston Antique Bronze Plain , adding a refined finishing touch that complements the runner beautifully.

The landing carpet was also fitted to create a seamless transition from the landing onto the staircase, ensuring the whole space flows effortlessly together.

A visit to site is an important part of getting a new-build flooring project underway.

Our team recently visited Fern Park Drive in Windlesham, Surrey, a development by Rivium, to assess the new homes where we’ll be carrying out the flooring installations.

These early visits allow us to see the properties first-hand, review the spaces and plan ahead so that every detail is considered before the flooring work begins.

From understanding the requirements of each home to preparing for a smooth installation process, careful planning plays a key role in delivering the quality finish we expect from every project.

We’ve supplied and fitted Amtico Spacia Powdered Oak across the ground floor of this home, creating a clean, modern finish with the natural character and warmth of oak.

The soft, neutral tones of Powdered Oak make it a wonderfully versatile choice, complementing a wide range of interiors while helping to create a light and welcoming feel throughout the space.

Before fitting, the floor was carefully prepared and latexed using ARDEX CL to create the smooth foundation needed for the installation. From there, each plank was precisely fitted to achieve a neat, consistent finish across the ground floor.
