A quote isn’t just a number sent over WhatsApp.
A decorator has often finished a full day’s work, travelled to your house, spent time looking around the job, given advice, discussed options, worked through problems, then gone home and priced up materials, labour and everything else involved.
All that time goes into putting a quote together, and sometimes you don’t even get a reply.
