This document outlines the terms and condition upon which we sell goods to you. We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions, details or prices at any time
without prior consent. Price
The price of the goods is stated within your written quotation. This will be provided to you via email, messenger or if required by post. Your quotation is valid for 30 calendar days. Prices after this time may vary. Booking with Us / Payment
(a) Payment for Celebration Cards / Frames etc. is payable in full at time of order placement
(b) Wedding Stationery
Your order is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable booking deposit of 20% which holds your order space with us. Your remaining balance is payable 6 weeks prior to dispatch. We will not start work on your order until payment of your booking deposit has been received. Your booking deposit will be held and deducted from your final payment. We accept payment by bank transfer or Paypal. You will receive one invoice from us which will include all items ordered. Your items may be delivered at different times, for example, invitations will be delivered before your table plan. In these instances, you are required to pay in full for each parcel we dispatch to you. As per the above, your booking deposit is held and deducted from the final payment due to us. Proofs of wording and layout will always be provided before we print your order. You are responsible for checking all details are correct and present. Proofs will be provided by email and include a photograph of your item(s). If you require any changes after we have printed your order this may result in you incurring extra charges. If you notice errors upon receipt of your order you may also be charged for any reprints or replacement items. Once you have placed your order with us we will provide you with approximate time frames for production. Sometimes, the time frames for completion may change if events beyond our control arise. You may amend your order with us after you have booked and paid your deposit. You may forfeit some or all your deposit in this instance or you may be asked to pay additional charges to cover the cost of the amendments. We hand make all our products and due to their delicate nature they should be handled with care and are not suitable for small children ( may contain small parts ). Due to the handmade and ethically sourced nature of many of our products we do not accept liability for variations in colour, size, shape and texture of any of the materials used by us. Similarly, any physical samples provided may vary in shade when your order is made up. We stock a large range of coloured card, ribbon and embellishments and samples can be provided on request. Please note computer images may not accurately display the colour of our products and there may be differences between the colours of the goods delivered to you and those shown on our page. (c) We will send your order when completed with our courier, chargeable by size and weight of your parcel. A signature will be required. Please note:- we are responsible for your stationery until the point we hand it over to the courier, your stationery then becomes the couriers responsibility. We will retake responsibility from point of signed delivery only. Any issues with the delivery need to be taken up with the Courier not Cupid's Bow Wedding Stationery, we have no control over couriers and use them in good faith. Cancellation
Cancellation by you will forfeit your deposit as a minimum, though please note, you may be asked to pay some or all your total invoice if we have already started work, completed your order, or purchased materials at a cost to ourselves. If we are unable to supply you with the goods in your order due to matters outside our control we will notify you. We will not proceed with the order and will refund any sums you have paid us. All items remain the property of Cupids Bow Wedding Stationery until paid for in full. Due to items being handmade and personalised no refunds can be made. Upon receipt of your order you should inspect every item. Exchanges will be provided for any items that may be damaged during the delivery process. Proof of damage must be provided within 24 hours of receipt. This is providing they have not been used. The customer takes responsibility for the item upon delivery. All designs are the copyright property of Cupids Bow Wedding Stationery. Neither you, nor a Third Party, may copy any part of the design. If you order further stationery later, we cannot guarantee continuity of design or materials.
