📦 IMPORTANT POSTAGE UPDATE – ROYAL MAIL 📦

Hi everyone! ❤️

I just wanted to give you a little update regarding the ongoing Royal Mail collection issues in our area.

Unfortunately, Royal Mail were once again unable to collect from me yesterday, which means that no parcels were able to leave us as planned.

I have spoken directly with the Royal Mail Collections Manager this morning, who is now investigating what has gone wrong and has assured me that additional relief collections will take place today and tomorrow to help clear the backlog.

I completely understand how frustrating it is to be waiting for your lovely new bears to arrive, especially when you’re excited to welcome them home! 🧸❤️

Please be assured that delays of this nature are exceptionally rare for us, and I am doing absolutely everything within my power to get your parcels on their way to you as quickly as possible.

As a small business, I take great pride in providing excellent customer service, and it is incredibly frustrating when circumstances outside my control prevent me from delivering the service you have come to expect.

I sincerely apologise for these delays and really do appreciate your patience, kindness and understanding while this is being resolved.
