Flooring fitted in time for moving day! 🔑🏡
BRF Flooring was recently contacted at short notice by a customer preparing to move into her new-build apartment in Sutton Coldfield at the end of the month.
With an important deadline to meet, the team completed the necessary subfloor preparation before installing 50m² of contemporary wood-effect LVT throughout the entire apartment.
Using the same flooring across the different rooms creates a light, modern and continuous finish, perfectly complementing the clean interior of the new property.
Despite the short turnaround, everything was completed in time—and most importantly, the customer was delighted with her new flooring.

Our biggest flooring project to date! 💪
BRF Flooring recently completed a major installation at Severne Junior and Infant School in Acocks Green.
A substantial 550m² of Burmatex Go To carpet tiles was installed across four corridors and three classrooms, creating a smart and consistent finish throughout these busy areas of the school.
Careful planning, efficient teamwork and precise installation were essential to completing a project of this scale—and the finished corridors and classrooms look fantastic.
BRF Flooring was put forward for the project through Birmingham Bursars, supported by a recommendation from a former business manager at BVGS. It was a valuable endorsement of our work and an opportunity we were delighted to fulfil.

Beautiful flooring begins with the preparation you don’t see. 🏡
This substantial transformation was completed for a Checkatrade customer in Hinckley, with 65m² of wood-effect LVT installed in a classic herringbone pattern throughout the kitchen, dining area and lounge.
Before fitting could begin, the BRF team carried out extensive subfloor preparation. This included carefully preparing over the existing ceramic tiles and installing 6mm flooring-grade plywood in the lounge to create a smooth, stable surface.
The herringbone pattern was then precisely aligned and installed to flow beautifully between the adjoining rooms, creating one cohesive finish throughout the home.
