We had a very busy and fulfilling month of classes and events in August, collaborating with new partners and our lovely guest experts ✨🤍
Laurie from Wool & Steel Needle Felting treated us to a new needle felting class, shaping and forming little ring dishes in every colour imaginable. We had a delicious winter warmer themed candle class with Moira from Starlit & Waxy Candles!
We landed on the Moon for our second boozy beading workshop, which led to some super cute bag charm creations, while Alex from The Creative Abditory held down the fort back in the shop and helped our ring makers hammer, solder, and adorn their own sterling silver rings!
Beads & Bubs was a great success with teething accessories being a hit, and our fundraising event with Can Bead managed to raise $450 to enable them to continue their incredible work providing free beading workshops for those dealing with illness, trauma, and grief.
Sam from Snowfox Ceramics led another fab Sculpt & Glaze session, and we ventured down to the Inner City Sanctuary for a special winter wellness social beading session!
