Last night I discovered one of my patterns had been stolen again (a photo I stumbled on in Pinterest), the photo is edited with Ai and it's being used as a free pattern on a website riddled with advertising. This post isn't really about that, I used Google to search the photo, the Ai blurb says it's a digital pattern available on their website, created by me! If Ai is so smart why can't it figure out that it has been stolen and report it to me? That might slow the bu**er down!

Yay!! It's done, my Zebra pattern is complete!
Meet Zinnie the Baby Zebra 🩷🦓
The pattern uses Stylecraft Special DK in White, Silver and Black, but just in case your interested this Rainbow version was made using Abbey Road, Because I'm happy, 8ply yarn.

I'll leave a link in the comments for the pattern, and a photo of the Rainbow yarn in case you want to reference it later.

Zebra pattern update! 🦓
Today was spent making a video on how to make the Mane and Tail, so glad I did it in bright colours, it's so much easier to see than black. Now to edit it, add it to YouTube, fix up the final edits in the pattern, including adding video links and it will be done!

Making some good progress on editing this Zebra pattern, I'm now on the third edit, remaking it in bright colours for fun, picked up a couple of typos already, and a couple of places where I will improve the instructions.
Turns out working in stripes that change colour is quite addictive, I keep wanting to do one more rnd to see how the next stripe is going to work up 😆

I've finally finished the second draft for this pattern, so I've printed it out and it's time to remake my Zebra from this copy. I thought I would make him in white and use this variegated yarn for the stripes and Mane. Partly because it's nice to use colours, and partly because I need to create a video to go with the instructions for the Mane and Tail, which will just be to hard for anyone to see using black. Hopefully these bright colours will be easy to see and a bit more fun to watch. 😃
