Do you remember what is the first thing you learned to cook? For many Thais it is Khai Jeaw. Our omelette, we season with fish sauce or soy sauce, and maybe even a bit of oyster sauce in these days. And we cook it until brown. The aroma of fried protein in hot oil is really appetizing. Always serve with rice.
