I had a dream that I was at my shop
And posted on my Val Arnett Facebook profile
That I needed help…..
And no one came.
I realized when I woke up
that many of my long time customers don’t come by much anymore 😢
I know It’s natural attrition
in business & life,
They moved
Retired
Downsized
Divorced
Passed
Or maybe I hurt
their feelings somehow….
And I absolutely adore
my new enthusiastic vibrant customers
Who are so kind 😍
But to my long time friends
from the flea, the malls,
my estate sales and Fair Park,
I sincerely hope
You’re ok and wish you
All good things 🥹

The gals on this block
Feed a little black cat
with a white star
on its chest.
Yes ! it’s fixed, was dumped
and will let
no one touch it.
So I put
a little dry cat food out
and felt the eyes
of this fuzzy butt
Staring at me 🐿️ 🤪
AND Please don’t post negative comments or warnings.
I already know.
This isn’t my first squirrelly experience !
PLUS
I was voted
‘Squirrelest’
of my Senior class
in high school
and I still strive to live up
to that honor !!
