One of the most common questions we hear is: “How much should I budget for wedding flowers?”
The answer depends on your guest count, bridal party size, flower choices, season, and how much of your ceremony and reception you’d like decorated—but having a realistic starting point can make wedding planning SO much easier.
As a general guide for 2026:
🌿 $500–$1,000 — Best suited for an elopement, micro wedding, or personal flowers only. Think bridal bouquet, a small bridal party, boutonnieres, and a few simple extras.
🌸 $1,500–$2,500 — A nice starting range for a smaller wedding with personal flowers plus some simple ceremony or reception florals. At this budget, couples usually need to prioritize where flowers will make the biggest impact.
💐 $2,500–$4,000 — A realistic range for many traditional weddings. This gives us more room for bridal-party flowers, ceremony accents, reception centerpieces, sweetheart-table flowers, and other details.
✨ $4,000–$7,500+ — For couples envisioning flowers as a major part of their wedding décor. Think fuller centerpieces, statement ceremony pieces, floral installations, arches, abundant aisle flowers, premium blooms, and more elaborate designs.
🌹 $8,000+ — We're entering luxury floral territory, where flowers can truly transform the venue with large-scale installations, abundant reception florals, premium flower varieties, and statement designs throughout the event.
The biggest thing to remember? Pinterest doesn't come with price tags. 😉 A photo filled with thousands of fresh flowers may be beautiful inspiration, but recreating that scale requires a floral budget to match.
