🚩 CONFESSIONS OF A FLIPPER: My Furniture NO-BUY List! 🚩

After 14 years of flipping furniture, I've learned a few things…mostly the hard way. 🤣

There are certain pieces I just KNOW are going to sit around collecting dust instead of making me money.

Giant armoires? 🙅‍♀️ Coffee tables? NOPE. Sleigh beds? Don't even tempt me. And don't get me started on waterfall furniture. 😅

Now, before anyone comes for me…I'm not saying these pieces aren't beautiful or that YOU can't sell them. I'm saying they don't sell well for ME!

And have I broken my own rules? Absolutely. Apparently, I'm a slow learner. 🤷‍♀️

Just because you CAN flip it doesn't mean you SHOULD!

After 14 years of flipping furniture, I've learned one VERY valuable lesson… sometimes the most money is made when you do the LEAST! 🤷‍♀️

Not every piece needs a dramatic makeover. Sometimes a little love, a good cleaning, and knowing when to put the paintbrush DOWN is where the profit is! 💰
