🧵✨ WANT TO LEARN TO SEW THIS NOVEMBER? ✨🧵

I’m planning a 4-Day Beginner Sewing Workshop and would LOVE your input before I finalize the schedule!

Whether you’ve never touched a sewing machine or have one collecting dust in the closet, this workshop is designed to help you build confidence and learn to sew while creating some fun projects along the way! 💙

🪡 Here’s what we’ll be learning:

⭐ Day 1: Sewing Machine Basics & Confidence — get comfortable with your machine!

⭐ Days 2–4: Put those new skills to work creating beginner-friendly projects, including a keychain, a zipper pouch, and a fun holiday-themed project! 🎄

Each class is 3 hours long, for a total of 12 hours of hands-on sewing instruction!

9:00 AM–12:00 PM
November 9, 11, 12 & 16

🌙 OPTION 2 — EVENING WORKSHOP
5:00–8:00 PM
November 11, 12, 19 & 23

I’m back from Cali! ☀️ And of course, no trip would be complete without visits to a few quilt shops and some beautiful fabric finding its way into my suitcase! 🧵✂️

I brought home some lovely fabrics for my Homeschool Sewing Academy students to use for some pretty awesome Christmas projects in the coming months. I can’t wait to see what they create! 🎄❤️

And fabric wasn’t the only thing that came home with me… a new-to-me embroidery machine made the trip, too! Thanks, Mom! 🥰 Apparently, bringing home fabric is hereditary—and so is finding room for one more machine! 😂

I’m thinking about adding a Giant Quilted Bow Workshop to the Coastal Sewing Academy schedule, and I want to see who would be interested before I put it on the calendar! I’ve been asked to do this class and wanted to put it out there!

These oversized bows would be so much fun to make and can be completely customized to your style:
