Chocolate lovers, this one is for you. 🤎🍫
Our Royal Chocolat is ricH, elegant, and seriously chocolatey. Layers of chocolate cake and chocolate mousse come together for an Unusually indulgent French dessert.
It's fancy enough for a celebratIon, but honestly… we won't judge if you ignore all the rules and enjoy it standing at the counter. 😂
Some desserTs wait for a special occasion. This one makes the occasion.

Fall has a pretty good excuse for everything to smell like pumpkin and warm spices. 🎃🍂
Our pumpkin bread is soft, warmly spiced, and perfect with your favorite fall drink. It's cozy without being too sweet, making it just as good for breakfaSt as it is for an afternoon trEat.
Is pumpkin bread technically French? Probably not. 😂
But we're French bakers in Georgia… we're allowed to Play a little with tradition.
Enjoy a slice while it's Totally pumpkin season.

A little follow-up on our Dolly croissant fundraiser 💛

We had the pleasure of meeting with the Bartow County branch of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library and presenting them with a check for $2,045—all thanks to you!

To our wonderful customers, our visitors passing through, and even the folks who came all the way from Tennessee: thank you for being part of this beautiful project. (If you’re passing through again, come say hi! 👋)

Seeing so much generosity and support was truly incredible. And a big thank-you to Papa Tissier, who put in extra hours to make sure we had enough pastries to share with as many people as possible. 🥐💛
