Saturday was Luis’s last day with us. ❤️

For the past year and a half, many of you have seen him almost every day, either in the bakery or at one of our markets. He has become such a familiar face to our customers and such an important part of our team.

Even though we are going to miss him terribly, we are incredibly proud of him for continuing to chase his dreams and taking on this new adventure.

Wishing you all the best as you begin this new chapter in France, Luis! 🇫🇷❤️ We hope you have an amazing experience and enjoy every moment of this new adventure.

We have all truly loved working with you, and we’ll miss you more than you know. 🥐

We’re already **SOLD OUT** of The Dolly in-store! 😭🩷

We honestly didn’t expect such an incredible response. Even though The Dolly was only supposed to be available today, we’ve decided to keep the celebration going tomorrow!🥐✨

Papa-Tissier is already working on making more for tomorrow so everyone who wanted to try one has another chance! 🩷

But if you don’t want to wait until tomorrow, we still have a few available at our Saturday markets today!🥐💕

It will be available tomorrow in-store in this design. And because so many of you asked, The Dolly will also be available at our Saturday markets (Marietta & Cartersville) — with a slightly different design, because unfortunately the bakery version doesn’t exactly enjoy the trip… 😂🥐
