Pictures from my home that I re-staged for yesterday’s Lk. Arrowhead Chamber of Commerce Home Tour.

This beautiful Shorewood Lakefront Home is 15,600’, 10 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, steel framed lakefront home. It literally hadn’t been lived in at all for over 5 years.

An extremely fun project!
It totally took me back to my early days in the 90’s days when I was doing a couple of Builder Showcase Homes. Which one of them did win me ‘Best of Show’ status as well as making the cover of the October 1991 issue of San Diego Magazine.

Finished this beauty up yesterday at 1652 Mapleleaf Ct. Encinitas 92024. It’s a semi-occupied home. But vacant for the next two weeks.
Contact agent, Melissa Eannarino, for a showing.

A blood moon lunar eclipse represents a powerful surge of Yin energy and a temporary disturbance in the natural balance of Heaven, Earth, and Human luck according to traditional Chinese metaphysics.
Modern practical Feng Shui also treats eclipses as potent turning points to dissolve old, stagnant chi and prepare for fresh new Chi alignment.
It’s my understanding that 9:20ish pm is the best time to view it.

“May you always be surrounded by only good Chi”

My new brochures. Yay!
Every picture in these are samples of actual work I’ve done through my 40+ years of being an award winning and published Interior Designer and a Classical/Traditional Feng Shui Master.
What do you think? I’d really love to hear your thoughts on these.

12 years later, picture #1, one side of the long master bedroom I did in Bressi Ranch (a community in Carlsbad).
I did back in 2014 while I was teaching Interior Design/Feng Shui/Staging for San Dieguito Adult Academy now better know as Mira Costa in Encinitas.
Picture #2 in my current business cards shows the other side of that master bedroom.

I really don’t post any of my staging before and afters, but this definitely had to get posted.
Blessings
