They’ll help you get accurate measurements and walk through a thoughtfully selected collection of patterns to find a vetted design that will fit your style, skill level and goals. You’ll receive personal guidance selecting your ideal size for the pattern, as well as assistance with choosing a yarn that will make your garment sing!

Who else is getting out their pumpkin decor now that it’s September? 🙋🏽‍♀️

🍂 Sapphire from on Instagram designed the gorgeous Pumpkin Spice Blanket for the Sirdar Fall crochet along, and it is ready for cool weather and cozy evenings. Featuring falling leaves, adorable mushrooms, colorful textures and a sweet central pumpkin, this blanket is full of warmth, spice and everything nice!

The crochet along event may have ended, but the full pattern is now available, and we have kits in stock to make getting started a breeze! Video tutorials were provided with each pattern release, so you can learn any new techniques as you go!

Throughout 2026, Blue Sky Fibers is celebrating color! 🎨 Each month focuses on a different color with new patterns, featured swatches and an array of inspiration!

September is all about Purple! 💜 We love that purple is a creative color that retains a bit of magic. Whether you’re looking for the softness of lavender, the fierceness of violet, or the deep richness of plum, there is a purple to suit your mood. It looks stunning on its own, while also playing well with many other colors for stripes, pops and embellishments. And no - we don’t feel this way just because it’s one of our favorite colors! 😅

New this month is the Violet Cowl designed by Nancy Ekvall. This cozy cowl takes the spiral technique and creates a stunning accessory that is soft, stylish, and sophisticated. Calling for two hanks of Suri Merino, this piece is great for beginners and the yarn’s exquisite halo adds visual interest and physical warmth. Mary spent her summer making baby hats for newborns! She loves Cascade Yarns Fixation and Fixation Splash for their cotton/spandex blend because - in her words - “They stay on.” 😅 She also appreciates and made use of the wide range of colors available. Which one is your favorite?! 🌈 Thank you for sharing your summer projects with us, Mary! They are all beautiful! 💜

This lace weight dream is 75% Baby Suri Alpaca and 25% Silk which means it has a softness, texture and sheen that can’t be beat! On its own, Suri Seda will create an ethereal fabric that is light as air and super soft. Held together with another yarn, it will add depth and warmth without adding weight.

From sophisticated neutrals, to saturated earthy hues, to the most serene pastels, the available colorways provide a range that will pair beautifully with other fibers or work up incredibly on their own!

We have a new PREORDER open for Laine Publishing’s “Chez Myrtil: More Seamless Friends to Knit and Love” by Cinthia Vallet. This collection of 12 precious characters takes us back to the enchanted world introduced in Mouche & Friends that was first published in 2023. Each knit toy is crafted seamlessly using Cinthia’s innovative technique with step-by-step illustrated tutorials, and is full of whimsy and personality!

✨ This is a preorder for the printed book. The release day is September 25th with shipping to follow. ✨

Anyone else feel like they need a little sparkle this week? ✨

New to MFY is Círculo Yarns' Lo**ta - a sport weight, polyester/cotton/acrylic blend with a delicate sprinkle of sequins throughout. Lo**ta has just enough sparkle and stunning, saturated colors to brighten up any day! The yarn is soft and works up with a light drape and luminous sheen that make it wonderful for garments and accessories alike.

We love the idea of a casual tee or sweater pattern for this yarn, because every day deserves some sparkle! The Cardamon Tee by Victoria Chaplina (Mycharmingwool) would be a lovely blank canvas for adding all-over twinkle or a pop of color and shine. And as a bonus, if you love the pattern, there are coordinating cardigan and pullover options available!
