"A cracked smartphone suddenly lights up inside a pitch-black coffin.
The blue glow reveals Hannah’s sweating, terrified face only inches beneath the wooden lid.
Her twelve-year-old son, Mason, lies completely motionless against her shoulder.
Hannah claws desperately at the raw wood above them.
“Oh god... we're buried.”
Her breathing becomes frantic.
There is barely enough room to move her head.
Then the scene flashes to blinding daylight.
From above the open casket, Beatrice looks down at them in black mourning clothes.
She wears a cold smirk.
Then she forces the heavy wooden lid shut.
“Bury them all in one casket. Today.”
The coffin plunges back into darkness.
Hannah desperately shakes Mason’s shoulder.
“Mason... wake up baby, please!”
He does not respond.
The cracked phone is now their only light.
Its screen flashes:
3% Battery.
Then a notification chime cuts through the coffin.
Hannah looks at the phone.
Two incoming messages appear from the contact saved as “Beatrice (Mom).”
“The poison was too weak. She's only paralyzed.”
Then:
“Did you nail the lid shut?”
Hannah’s eyes widen.
The source shows those messages on her phone, but it does not independently verify who physically typed them.
It also does not establish Mason’s condition beyond his complete lack of movement.
Then the phone glitches.
A loading wheel appears.
The screen suddenly dies.
Absolute darkness swallows Hannah and Mason.
“NO—!”
Cut to black.
