Designing the primary bath at the Creek Road renovation was all about creating a true retreat within the home.

The palette was intentionally kept warm and natural — soft creams, rich browns, and subtle hints of blue-green in the pendant lighting — creating a space that feels calm, grounded, and inviting.

A multitude of textures bring depth to the design. Large-format stone floors, coordinating tile carried up the walls, penny tile details, and leathered stone slabs all work together to create layers that feel both refined and relaxed.

Custom walnut floating vanities, architectural arches, layered lighting, and an oversized steam shower complete the space, while radiant heated floors add comfort beneath it all.

Thoughtful design is never just about how a space looks — it’s about how it feels to live in it.

More from the Creek Road renovation coming soon.

One of the things I love most about historic Victorian homes is the craftsmanship.

Details like original fireplaces, tile work, and hand-turned banister spindles are things that are incredibly difficult to replicate today.

As we renovated this Central Avenue home in Moorestown, preserving those details was especially important to us. In a few places we carefully restored or replaced tile so the fireplaces could remain true to the character of the house — and you would never even notice.

Homes like this tell a story through their architecture, and bringing them forward while honoring their history has been one of the most rewarding parts of this project.

I can’t wait to share the full reveal of Central Avenue very soon.

Designing a beautiful property is about balance.

When we began transforming this historic home on Central Avenue in Moorestown, one of the first things we considered was the relationship between the hardscape and the surrounding landscape.

The driveway, walkways, and patio spaces create the structure of the property — they guide how you arrive at the home and how you move through the outdoor spaces.

Then the natural elements soften everything. Beautiful trees, layered shrubs, and seasonal flower beds add texture, color, and warmth around the architecture.

Every decision throughout this renovation was made thoughtfully to create harmony between the home and its surroundings.

This Moorestown renovation has been an incredible project, and I can’t wait to share the full reveal of Central Avenue in the coming weeks.

Follow along if you’d like to see how the entire transformation comes together.

Luxury home renovation isn’t about trends — it’s about how a home feels to live in every day.

When I design and renovate homes throughout New Jersey, I focus on warmth, quality materials, thoughtful layouts, and spaces that support real life. Kitchens designed for gathering. Bathrooms that feel restorative. Living spaces meant to be lived in — not just photographed.

When renovation decisions are made with intention, comfort and long-term value follow naturally.

I recently wrote a blog breaking down the renovation choices that consistently elevate both daily living and market appeal.

I’ll be sharing the completed home once the renovation is thoughtfully finished 🥰

If you own vacant land — especially if you don’t live nearby — this is important.
I just completed a course on fraud in the real estate industry, and one issue stood out immediately: VACANT LAND OWNERS are among the most targeted groups for real estate fraud.
Scammers often pose as the rightful owner of land they do not own, relying on urgency, distance, and minimal verification to push a transaction forward before anyone catches it.

In this short video (Part 1 of a 3-part series), I share practical steps landowners can take to protect themselves, including:

•Verifying ownership through the county recorder or clerk
•Enrolling in property fraud or deed monitoring alerts
•Keeping tax and mailing information current
•Avoiding rushed or unsolicited land sale requests

Real estate fraud thrives on speed and silence. Verification and due diligence is key to protect your asset.
If you own vacant land — or know someone who does — please save this or share it.
PART 2 will focus on how real estate agents are being targeted and why proper screening is SO IMPORTANT.
