Customer Membership Terms

Memberships are valid for 12 months from enrollment and do not automatically renew. Included maintenance services are limited to the number of visits specified in the purchased package. Parts, major repairs, deep cleaning, movement overhauls, and additional travel are billed separately.

Mileage charges apply to every in-home appointment beyond the included 20-mile radius. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to parts, mileage, or third-party services.

🕰️🍂 SEASONS CHANGE… AND SOMETIMES YOUR CLOCK HAS OPINIONS! 🍂🕰️

As summer turns into fall, your mechanical clock may suddenly start gaining, losing, chiming at the wrong time, or generally acting like it has a mind of its own. 😂

Don’t panic! Seasonal changes in:

🌡️ Temperature
💧 Humidity
🏠 Heating & A/C
📍 Floors & leveling

…can all affect a mechanical clock.

A grandfather clock especially depends on being properly leveled and positioned. Sometimes a tiny environmental change is all it takes to turn a perfectly happy clock into a slightly grumpy one. 😉

🛠️ A few tips:
✔️ Keep clocks away from direct sunlight and HVAC vents.
✔️ Make sure grandfather clocks remain level.
✔️ Avoid unnecessary adjustments or moving the clock.
✔️ If it hasn’t been serviced in years, seasonal changes may reveal a maintenance issue.

Remember: Your clock is a machine—not just pretty furniture. It needs a little TLC now and then!

September is National Su***de Awareness Month. 💙

Sometimes, a book gets written long before you realize why you needed to write it.

During my final year pursuing my doctorate in psychology, I wrote a book called When Goodbye Has No Answer.

It was born out of a desire to explore something incredibly difficult to talk about: su***de and the people left behind.

For years, the book existed more as a piece of my own journey than as something I intended to formally publish. But as I revisited it, I began to realize that its message still matters.

So, with September being National Su***de Awareness Month, I felt that perhaps the time had finally come.

Next Tuesday, When Goodbye Has No Answer will be officially re-released and available on Amazon.

This isn’t a book written as a clinical guide for someone contemplating su***de. It isn’t intended to replace professional help, counseling, or crisis intervention.

It was written from another perspective — the perspective of those who survive the loss.

When someone dies by su***de, the tragedy doesn’t end with that person’s final breath. It leaves behind people who loved them and who may spend years trying to understand what happened.

There are questions.

There is guilt.

There is anger.

There is grief.

There are things left unsaid and things people wish they had said.

And sometimes, there simply are no answers.

That is where the title comes from:

When Goodbye Has No Answer.

I wrote this book during a very important chapter of my academic and personal journey. Yesterday, I revisited that work and prepared it for a proper published release — giving it the format, presentation, and illustrations I always hoped it could have.

After all these years, I’m finally letting it go into the world.

Maybe it will reach someone who has lost a parent, a spouse, a child, a sibling, or a friend.

Maybe it will help someone understand that the complicated emotions they’re experiencing don’t make them a bad person.

Maybe it will simply remind someone who is grieving that they aren’t alone.

That is why I am choosing to release it now.
