MEET OUR NEWEST HIRE! Dallas has officially joined The Whole Kit N Kaboodle team! Her position? Shipping Box Doodle Specialist.

Her responsibilities include: decorating boxes; making sure no box leaves looking boring; and keeping management wrapped around her little finger. Her productivity is questionable. Her snack breaks are excessive. And I’m pretty sure she’s violating several HR policies. 😂 But when your new hire is this cute, you overlook a few things.

So if your next order arrives with a little extra “custom artwork” on the box, just know you received a Dallas Original. We’re pretty sure they’ll be collector’s items someday.

I LOVE pairing pattern papers! Sometimes the best designs come from unexpected paper combinations. I had so much fun mixing and matching products that you might never think to put together—and somehow, they were just meant to be!

For “September Golden Days,” I combined a beautiful floral from Reminisce; THREE different Doodlebug collections — Color Me Crafty, Summer Fun & Bee Happy; and even a school-themed paper from Echo Park.

Meet the Dream Team… the “How Did I Forget Her?!” Edition! Yesterday I shared our Dream Team post… and somehow managed to leave out the woman who helps make sure I don’t forget things.

Meet Cheryl, my incredible assistant! ❤️

I truly could not run The Whole Kit N Kaboodle without her. Cheryl is one of those people working behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly long before an event ever begins. She creates documents, organizes details, anticipates what we’re going to need before we need it, and makes sure both our team AND our attendees are taken care of. So many of the little details that make our events feel organized and seamless have Cheryl’s fingerprints all over them.

She keeps me organized, keeps the team prepared, and probably keeps me from losing my mind more often than she realizes.

Cheryl, I’m sorry I missed you yesterday—but you are absolutely an essential part of this Dream Team. We appreciate you more than you know! ❤️
