🎂🤍 Today is my birthday, and I can’t think of a better time to reflect on how grateful I am. From art school dreams to world travels to opening the doors of Béyti, this is certainly not where I imagined life would take me, and yet somehow it feels exactly where I’m meant to be.

For those I haven’t had the chance to meet yet, I’m Dhameer, the founder and curator behind Béyti Home & Gift.

This year, I had the opportunity to bring a dream to life through Béyti, a vision inspired by a lifetime of experiences, travel, creativity, and connection. Raised on both coasts and eventually landing in Wisconsin, while being shaped by my Jordanian roots, I’ve always been drawn to beautiful spaces, meaningful stories, and the joy that comes from discovering something special.

Béyti, which means “my home” in Arabic, was created to be more than just a store. My hope was to build a warm, welcoming space filled with thoughtfully curated pieces that inspire, spark curiosity, and help people celebrate life’s moments through home and gifting.

Every item has been chosen with intention, and every kind word, visit, purchase, recommendation, and show of support has meant the world to me. Watching this community embrace Béyti has been one of the greatest gifts I could have received. 🥹🤍

As I celebrate another trip around the sun ☀️, I’m feeling incredibly grateful for this opportunity, for the people who helped bring it to life, and for all of you who continue to support it.
