I am a married father of 3 kids, 2 adult and 1 going to Westside as a freshman. I have been in the field doing hardwood floors since I graduated high school in 1997. What was once just another job supporting me has now become who I am. Over the years of doing the grind as an employee and doing side work to make ends meet, I have come to understand the importance of caring about your work and your
work ethic. If you treat every floor as if it was in your own house and treat the customers just as you would like to be treated, well it just made sense to me. It changed my mind set and I started to enjoy what I did with and for people. I started to push coworkers to follow suit, a few did, others didn't, but here I am trying to put out quality work that I am proud to put MY family's name on. I may not be the best, but I enjoy meeting or exceeding our customers' expectations
