Dan doesn’t hand projects off and check in at the end. He’s on site with the trades, working through the plans before anything gets poured.

Concrete is permanent. The questions get answered here, not after.

Miraleste, in progress.

From layout to tile, every detail built exactly the way it was envisioned.

On the job is El Machito, putting in the hands on craftsmanship that brings great design to life. From block walls and full height glass to handmade tile installed one piece at a time, precision matters at every stage.

This is where good design either holds up or gets watered down. At Dantor Martinez Construction, we make sure it holds up.

Because exceptional homes aren’t just designed. They’re built by skilled hands that take pride in every detail.

Custom homes and high end renovations across the Coachella Valley since 2008.

ARCHITECTS & INTERIOR DESIGNERS: Your vision deserves a builder who understands the intent behind every detail. We’re here to execute your designs with precision, protect their integrity, and collaborate from concept to completion.

Pinnacle. Palm Springs. Ground up custom on a hillside, glass that frames the mountains, an infinity pool over the grade.
The design was bold. We built it that way.

Building more than structures. We’re building community.
At Dantor Construction, our roots, culture, and community are an important part of who we are and how we do business.
We had an incredible time celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month at Corazón Latino, hosted by the Palm Desert Area Chamber Latino Leadership Committee. An evening filled with culture, meaningful connections, music, and the incredible people who help make the Coachella Valley thrive.
As a Latino rooted construction company, we believe success goes beyond the projects we build. It’s about creating opportunities, supporting local businesses, celebrating our heritage, and building relationships that strengthen our community.
Thank you to the Palm Desert Chamber, the Latino Leadership Committee, and everyone who made this celebration possible.
Proud of our roots. Committed to our community. Building for the future.🏗️❤️

Construction isn’t just one job, one trade, or one path and there’s room for more women at the table.
Christina and Nikki are helping shine a light on the opportunities available for women throughout the construction industry, from the field to design, technology, management, sales, finance, and beyond.
Through Professional Women in Building, part of the Desert Valley Builders Association, women across the Coachella Valley are building relationships, sharing referrals, discussing issues impacting our industry, and supporting one another as they grow.
And it’s about more than the women working in construction today. It’s about showing the next generation of girls that there is a place for them here too.
If you’re already in the industry or curious about where you might fit we invite you to come connect, learn, and be part of the community.
There are opportunities. There is support. And there is room for you.
