One thing older homes love to do? Keep us on our toes. 

This little powder room turned into a bit of a puzzle after we removed the vanity and found none of the original tile underneath. Our goal now is to match the tile + grout to the original to meld the new with the old as seamlessly as possible. 

Sometimes projects ask for a little pivoting, and the powder room at our Sculptural MCM project is a perfect example of that.

A little Colonial basement progress report 🌙

Today we’re walking through the basement layout and sharing what’s taking shape down here, from a mudroom + bath to a flex space, playroom, lounge, and patio area that already feels like a whole new layer of the home.

Right now, it’s framing, concrete, and a little bit of imagination, but this level is starting to feel really exciting. Which would you choose: movie night in the lounge or morning coffee on the patio?

A sneak peek at our newest project, Back to 1960s 🌙 We’re tackling her kitchen, dining room, entryway, and bathroom! Her home is getting a total makeover, and her bathroom wasn’t forgotten.

She loves drawing inspiration from the 1960s. Think tons of vintage influence, playful details, color, and layered materials that will bring so much character into her bathroom remodel.
