New Jersey, you have a special place in my heart! 🥹❤️🇵🇷

There are moments in life that you just KNOW you’ll savor forever, and this was one of them.

Mi gente, ustedes se botaron!! 🥹 The love, the hugs, the stories, the laughter… but most importantly, that beautiful sense of COMMUNITY and FAMILY that filled the room. You showed up in numbers, stayed until the very end, and made me feel like I was surrounded by family the entire time.

I wish I could bottle up that feeling and keep it forever. Because THIS right here is what it’s all about. So much more than a cookbook. It’s about our stories, our roots, our cultura, and the beautiful way food brings us together.

Qué bendición tan grande la mía. 🥹 Gracias, New Jersey, for loving on me the way you did. I will NEVER forget it. ❤️🇵🇷

44 Today 🎂🎉 10/24
What a year it’s been. So many answered prayers, beautiful blessings, lessons, and moments that reminded me just how faithful God has been.

This past year stretched me, humbled me, and grew me in ways I never expected. Some things I prayed for, others I never saw coming. Through it all, I’m grateful. For the highs, the lessons, the growth, and even the things I may not fully understand yet.

As I step into 44, my prayer is simple: continued health, peace, love, wisdom, and the grace to embrace everything God has in store for me.

A little wiser, a lot more grateful, and still becoming.

Welcome Chapter 44

100,000!!! 😭❤️

I don’t think I could’ve ever imagined reaching this milestone THIS way.

Yesterday, while chatting about my book at FIT NYC , I casually mentioned that I was only 80 subscribers away from hitting 100K on YouTube.

And just like that… phones came out, people started subscribing, and WE DID IT!!! RIGHT THERE, TOGETHER! 🥹

What a beautiful reminder of the POWER of community. Because this was never just about a number. It’s about the people who have believed in me, supported me, and grown alongside me.

To have reached this milestone in a room filled with so much love… Dios mío, qué bendición. 🥹

100K strong!!! GRACIAS, GRACIAS, GRACIAS! 🇵🇷❤️
