I have been out of town, so I’ve not been doing any posts… I don’t know if anybody has noticed or not! Just in case anybody has though, here is the latest information!
Before I left town, I did train one of my friends to be a professional person to fire the kiln! She has been firing regularly, so the shop is still open every Monday and Thursday evening from 5 PM to 9 PM, and things painted at the shop are being fired regularly!
Please remember that the shop is open every Monday and Thursday evening, but you are welcome to schedule two hour blocks of private painting time anytime you would like! Just text me or give me a call if you would like to schedule private paint time.
Ceramic Shop schedule:
Every Monday and Thursday evening throughout the month of September from 5 PM to 9 PM.

If you are new to the ceramic shop, PLEASE read the following information. Almost every question I get is answered in this section...
RESPONSES OR QUESTIONS ARE ALWAYS BEST THROUGH TEXT OR PHONE CALLS. I DO NOT ALWAYS GET MESSAGES HERE ON FACEBOOK QUICKLY, IF AT ALL.......
Please remember that these are just the basic hours that the shop is open. If you have a group of 5 or more you are encouraged to schedule a 2 hour block paint session of your own! The shop can get rather crowded on open shop night every once in a while... Just give me a call and we can schedule you in most any time.
Also, if you are just wanting to come and shop, just give me a call and I am more than happy to schedule a time that we can meet at the shop and let you find fun items to purchase!
The ceramics do not need to be painted at the shop! You can purchase acrylic paints for minimal cost most anyplace, and I do sell glaze paints at the ceramic shop that you can purchase and take home for painting when you have time.
If you do paint at the shop the fees are $1 if you use acrylic paints, or 50% of the cost of the items to cover paint and firing if you use glaze paints. In other words, if you glaze a $10 item it will be $15 finished. 25% for the glaze, and 25% for the cost of firing.
Please feel free to share this post with your friends if you know of anyone that would be interested in painting ceramics! It is a super fun hobby!
I have hundreds of photos on my page, so feel free to take a look at them if you would like to know more about the shop, and the items that are available to purchase.
Hope to see you soon!!!
