Als fachkulturelle Vereinigung leisten wir einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu Österreichs Tourismuswirtschaft. Unsere Tätigkeit dient vor allem der Förderung des gastronomischen Berufs, der zeitgemäßen und traditionellen österreichischen Kochkunst und gepflegten Tafelkultur. Der VKÖ, hat sich zur Aufgabe gestellt, auf vielfältigste Art den Berufsstand des Koches zu fördern und das Image laufend zu verbessern.

Born on a mountain farm and raised in the world of hospitality, Johannes Warmuth developed a passion for gastronomy from an early age.

After completing dual training as a chef and pastry chef, he honed his skills in prestigious five-star establishments, including the iconic Hotel Sacher in Vienna. Following a five-year tenure as Deputy Head Pastry Chef at the legendary Café Central in Vienna, he now dedicates his time to sharing his craft through his own Vienna Pastry Arts workshops and as an instructor for the next generation of chocolatiers and pastry chefs. 🍫✨

Sie ist bei der Feuerwehr, der Musikkapelle, der Landjugend, im Skiclub und ist Kids-Coach beim TSV - und jetzt auch noch Lehrling des Jahres 2025! Heute hat Eva Maizner frei gekriegt ☀️ und die Inzingerin ist echt stolz auf sich! Kann sie auch sein - wir sind es auch! Gratulation!
