What if collaboration didn't always require booking a meeting room? 📍
Across our recent workplace projects, we're rethinking the traditional office model of dedicated workstations and enclosed meeting rooms.
Instead, we're creating a wider variety of in-between spaces: project rooms, co-working areas, touchdown spaces and workshop zones.
These spaces support different forms of collaboration, from project work and workshops to brainstorming sessions.
They enable quick meetings without the need to book a room, make cross-team interaction and knowledge sharing easier, and create opportunities for spontaneous encounters throughout the day.
💡The goal isn't to replace meeting rooms, but to create a more balanced ecosystem of spaces that gives people greater choice in how they work and collaborate.
As workplace needs continue to evolve, flexibility and adaptability are becoming just as important as functionality.
How is your organisation approaching this shift?
