A study in the rich colour and natural beauty of tiger’s eye.

In collaboration with Somlo, we bring together two striking expressions of this remarkable gemstone: an Empire-style gilt-bronze mounted table de salon, circa 1900, from Adrian Alan, and an 18ct gold Piaget cuff watch, dating to 1970, from Somlo.

Two exceptional pieces, separated by seven decades, united by the warmth and character of tiger’s eye.

Both are on view at the LAPADA Berkeley Square Fair, 27 October – 1 November 2026.

Among the highlights are this magnificent pair of Louis XVI-style vitrine cabinets attributed to Henry Dasson. Their architectural proportions and finely detailed gilt-bronze mounts reflect the enduring appeal of eighteenth-century French design, reinterpreted by one of the leading Parisian ébénistes of the late nineteenth century.
