There’s something so satisfying about a beautiful set of curtain pleats!

Here are a few of our favourite details from curtains we’ve made this year. From choosing fabrics and hardware in our showroom to seeing the finished curtains take shape, every pair is made especially for a customer’s home.

One fabric, endless options…

Our new Cottage Charm book from Prestigious Textiles features Ornella Spring, a lovely starting point for exploring different colours, patterns and textures.

We’ve brought together a selection of fabrics, wallpapers and trimmings to show how one design can inspire a variety of schemes, each with its own look and feel.

Visit our showroom to browse our collections and find inspiration for your home.

A few of the curtain headings we offer, each giving a slightly different look and finish.

From traditional pinch pleats to the softer, contemporary look of a wave heading, the heading you choose can really change the feel of your curtains.

Which is your favourite?

A few snapshots from our visit to Focus/26 Design Centre Chelsea Harbour last week.

It was a lovely day spent exploring the showrooms, speaking to reps, looking at new collections and attending some of the talks. There was plenty of inspiration to take away from the day.

A little different from our usual work!

We were delighted to take on this project for Tiddy Hall in Ascott-under-Wychwood, creating a new set of stage curtains and a matching shaped valance in J.D. McDougall Crushed Velour Burgundy.

The project involved a little more than the curtains themselves. The existing stage track was made up of two separate sections, so we supplied and installed a new hand corded Doughty Engineering six track system across the full width of the stage.

What a lovely opportunity to showcase the variety of projects we undertake and the experience we bring to our made to measure service.

A little colour inspiration for this week, centred around ILIV's Tree of Life in Blush.

We love how this moodboard brings colours, patterns and textures together to create a vibrant yet balanced look.

It’s all in the details…

One of our favourite projects from earlier this year, this beautiful bay window combines classic elegance with practical, everyday details.

Full length triple pinch pleat curtains in Sanderson Angelique are finished with a matching valance and Houlès bullion fringe, adding a beautiful detail to the overall design.

Sheer roller blinds were fitted into each section of the bay, trimmed with Colefax and Fowler Lansdowne fan edge for a decorative finishing touch.

We love how each element works together to create a timeless and beautifully finished look.

Visit our showroom to explore our fabric collections and chat to our team about your next project.

A fun moodboard this week, using Linwood Pipili in Chickpea as our starting inspiration. We’ve pulled together warm, playful tones and plenty of pattern to create a scheme that feels full of character.
