The powder room at Kensington Gardens may be one of the smallest spaces in the apartment, but it makes one of the strongest statements.

The design centres around a bespoke fluted basin in Calacatta Viola marble, selected for its rich burgundy veining and beautifully irregular pattern.

Its sculptural form is balanced by a finely detailed mosaic floor and textured wallcovering, creating a layered scheme that feels warm, considered and entirely individual.

Continuing our look inside our Kensington Gardens project…

This bespoke bar cabinet was designed to balance display and practical storage. Illuminated shelving provides a considered space for favourite bottles and glassware, while the marble inset adds depth and contrast.

Concealed storage beneath keeps everything else neatly tucked away, creating a bar that feels both functional and beautifully integrated into the room.

Introducing Kensington Gardens.

Set within an elegant Neo-Georgian apartment complex in Kensington, this London home was created for an international family as a place to gather, unwind and reconnect after days spent exploring the city.

The design honours the Georgian character of the property while introducing a distinctly contemporary edge. Bespoke joinery brings structure and purpose to the living space, while layered textures, rich accents of colour and carefully collected pieces create a warm, characterful interior that feels both refined and inviting.

A specially commissioned artwork by completes the room, bringing a deeply personal element to a home designed to evolve with the family over time.

A little behind the scenes of something rather special for our Kensington apartment project…

We’re currently bringing together the final layers of this beautiful London interior, including this incredible piece by fine artist .

Angela’s work is known for its depth, layered colour and expressive texture bringing a sense of atmosphere that feels perfectly at home within the spaces we create.

For us, art is so much more than a finishing touch. It brings personality, emotion and individuality to an interior, often becoming the detail that quietly pulls everything together and this is the perfect piece to sit above the fireplace in our latest install.

A little glimpse for now, with much more from our Kensington apartment coming very soon…

Choosing stone is never just about selecting a surface. It’s about finding a piece that will shape the character of a home for years to come.

This week we visited the marble yard for our Keston Park project, taking the time to hand-select each piece in person. Every piece is entirely unique, from the movement of the veining to the depth of colour and natural variation. It’s these details that simply can’t be appreciated from a sample.

Natural stone evolves beautifully over time. It gathers character, reflects the life lived around it and becomes part of the story of the home. That’s exactly why we continue to choose it.

These moments behind the scenes are a reminder that considered design is built on thoughtful decisions, long before installation begins.

Would you choose bold, statement veining or something quieter and more understated?

What to expect from a client meeting:

A client meeting is where the design really starts to come together.

It’s an opportunity to walk you through the thinking behind the scheme, explain how each decision has been made and show you how every element connects to create a home that feels considered and cohesive.

We’ll explore layouts to help you visualise the flow of each space, present concept boards that capture the overall direction and review the materials, fabrics and finishes that have been carefully selected for your project.

Being able to see and handle samples is an important part of the process, allowing you to appreciate the depth, texture and quality of every choice.

For many projects, this is also when we share our photorealistic CGIs, giving you the opportunity to experience your home before work begins and ensuring every detail has been carefully refined before moving into the next stage.

These meetings are collaborative by nature. We encourage questions, conversation and feedback throughout because the best results come from taking the time to explore every detail together.

It’s also the perfect time for some nibbles and a chat with a personalised menu curated by our team aligned to our client’s tastes 🥂

There is something incredibly rewarding about looking back at where this building began.

Our studio has always been more than somewhere to work. It was an opportunity to create a space that truly reflected our values and our approach to design. Wellness sits at the heart of every decision we make, so it was important that the studio embraced natural light, celebrated the surrounding landscape and created a sense of calm from the moment you arrive.

We have intentionally framed the beautiful treetop views, used generous glazing to connect the inside with nature and layered our client meeting room with pattern and texture to create a space that feels both inspiring and welcoming.

The original timber beams have been allowed to take centre stage, with a contemporary interior designed to honour their character rather than compete with it. Swipe to see the transformation…
