This Nymphaea Alba art print, is very special to me as this particular waterlily plant has been in our family for at over 30 years, belonging to my husband’s mother. The waterlilies are symbolic of rebirth because the flowers close at night and come back in the morning. The waterlily is also seen as a sign of enlightenment by Buddhists because the flowers are rising out of the mud.

Lavender and flaxseed eye pillow. The lavenders aromatherapy benefits create a sense of relaxation, treating restlessness. The flaxseed adds weight which is needed to stimulate the vagus nerve via the eyelids. They can be heated gently on a radiator or cooled in a fridge
