Full sand to this herringbone oak floor . This oak flooring and a white oiled / white washed effect on which what our client didn’t like after purchasing the property.

So we sanded the whole ground floor flooring back to bare wood and up to a smooth finish .

Then an hard wearing hard wax oiled finish applied in a more natural appearance.

70 square meters of Solid oak flooring . 22mm thick random widths . Secret nailed and screwed into floor joists . Then sanded . Few bigger knotts filled . Then a traditional hard wax oiled finish applied in Matt .

What shall we do this ? Water leak while customer was away . Insurance won’t pay out 👎

Village hall Junkers flooring nr Woodbridge . Bit worn and few stains from curry nights .

So pulled the machines out the van sanded back to bare wood and sanded to a smooth finish . All machines attached to our dust containment system , keeping the hall dust free .

Then three coats of Junkers sports lacquer applied .

Local School gym floor . I originally sanded this over 20 years ago . Time for a freshen up . Sanded back to bare wood then sanded to a smooth finish . Three coats of a commercial grade sports lacquer . All good for another 20 years .
