What makes this a needle felting workshop wonderful !

~ the colourful wool that makes you feel like a child in a sweet shop where each one becomes your new favourite
~ the endless possibilities of what your finished design can look like.
~ That you can personalise your bunting and therefore create a gorgeous thoughtful gift
~ that the tuition is supportive and encouraging so you always feel like you can do it !

Here at Locally Produced for You we offer you wonderful creative workshops which are the perfect way to try a new craft.
All of our classes are suitable for complete beginners. We make it super easy for you to book on our website ( links are in the bio), and the tutors provide
you with all the materials that you will need on the day so you don’t have to bring anything with you except your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

We keep our class sizes small so that you can have the support that you need from our passionate and knowledgeable tutors.

All of the workshops take place at my home in West Bridgford, Nottingham, UK

You can choose from willow weaving, lino printing, fused glass, needle felting and free machine embroidery.

The available dates are usually listed for the next month or two on my website and we regularly add new dates, so keep popping back to this
page or sign up to our monthly newsletter ( the link is on my website ).

Needle felting with Rachel Morley this is one of our newest additions to Locally Produced for You, though Rachel has been teaching for many years.
On the calendar we have dates for felted beads statement necklaces and bunting.

Willow Weaving. Gerry is offers a wonderful variety of options for her willow weaving including berry baskets, angels, bird feeders, large garden flowers and our new digital online workshop - a willow star with lights.
These classes range from 3 hours - 4 hours depending on the option you choose.
A super way to try this ancient craft.

Introduction to free machine embroidery

Sarah offers a fabulous 3 hours of free machine embroidery where you can come with little or no experience at all and create a picture that is framed for you to take away at the end of the session. There is always a gasp at the end of delight when students see their finished designs framed and realise what can be achieved in 3 hours!
Sewing machines, materials and the frames are all included in the cost of this workshop.

All of our workshops take place in West Bridgford, Nottingham. They are suitable for complete beginners with all the materials and tuition you need
to create something wonderful to take away with you at the end of the session.

The second of our needle felting workshops is this fabulous beaded statement necklace workshop. These necklaces are adjustable, designed to slip over the head. Rachel brings so many gorgeous colours you will be spoilt for choice.

I absolutely love our lino printing workshop. Brydie is such a wonderful teacher. This session usually consists of a couple of hours of carving your design which then leaves an hour to print as many cards / prints as you like. Students often leave bundled up with their creations. There is always lots of wonder at how the students designs look, all are different and all are so effective at producing a fabulous print.
