We had so much fun market last weekend and just about recovered and ready to head out again this weekend!

We love getting creative in our pop up spaces and this time used lots of rope and driftwood.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by last weekend too! It was great to catch up with everyone! Our hearts are full again!

This time last year at … a blank space, a van full of kit, and a head full of ideas and this was the final set up 🤍

We’re always playing around with new ways to display everything — moving things, tweaking layouts, trying something a bit different each time. That’s part of the fun… starting with a completely empty space and watching it slowly come to life.

There’s something special about those early moments before the doors open — calm, creative, full of possibility.

And this weekend, we get to do it all over again.

We’ll be surrounded by an incredibly talented bunch under one roof — artists, illustrators, designer-makers… proper good company and the kind of atmosphere you just can’t fake.

It’s shaping up to be a really good one — we can’t wait to be part of it again.

If you’re coming along, make a day of it… have a wander, take it all in, and see what you discover 🤍

Standing on the edge of Sanday, just watching the fulmars ride the wind… honestly, you could stay there for hours. No rush, no noise, just that steady glide back and forth over the sea.

Fulmars are incredible to watch up close, they barely flap their wings, just using the air currents to glide effortlessly along the cliffs. They might look a bit like seagulls at first glance, but they’re actually more closely related to albatrosses, built for life out at sea.

You’ll often spot them nesting on narrow cliff ledges, returning to the same spot year after year. And a random fact you won’t forget… they have a natural defence where they can spit a foul-smelling oil if they feel threatened (luckily we kept our distance 😅).

There’s something about being up on Sanday, with the sea air, the sound of the birds, and just taking a minute to pause… it’s what it’s all about.
