🧵 Do you have an ever growing stash of fabric at home? Looking for new inspiration for your next sewing or quilting project? Then, I may have the solution 😂

♻️ I’m so excited to be running my first fabric swap this July , and supporting fantastic local charities in the process and .ekm. Anyone who’s attended a lesson, or had a chat will know how much I’ve wanted to do this for quite a while 🙏

How does it work?
♻️ Bring up to 5 fabric pieces ( at least 1m minimum, and ideally labelled)
♻️ Make a minimum £2 donation to support our local charities
♻️ Swap for something new-to-you, saving textiles from landfill
♻️ Any leftover textiles will be donated to lock schools, and the fantastic .ekm

Are you a local school or charity who could make use of the textiles?

We held our first “introduction to clay” workshop last weekend with the fantastic .naomi.

Over 2 sessions students were able to create their very own unique creations with one to one support, as well as the opportunity to paint them too before the final drying and finishing process. I’m sure you’ll agree they’re all gorgeous and will look fantastic in their new homes.

Keep an eye out for the final creations, and new dates for May and June workshops to be released soon.

We have a few spots on our April and May workshops which have filled up fast, so have a look in our bio to book, or add yourself to the mailing list to be notified as soon as our new calendars are released.
