Happy 3rd Anniversary to Myrth ! 🎉 Some spaces are designed to bring people together.

For the past three years, Myrth has been doing exactly that. From wood-fired pizza and handmade pasta to conversations shared around the table, the restaurant has become a destination for gathering in the Ada community. 🍕🍝

Construction continues at our Dune Haven Modern project as the home begins to take shape along the Lake Michigan shoreline. While the project remains in an active phase of construction, the design intent is becoming increasingly visible through the evolving structure. With framing now complete and windows installed, views are taking shape. 🌊

Carefully designed within the unique conditions of the dune landscape and shaped by extensive environmental considerations, the home embraces a clean, modern simplicity while maximizing natural light and lake views across all three levels. Angled forms, stacked living spaces, and a rooftop terrace will work together to create moments of openness and reveal throughout the experience of the home. ☀️
