A little more about the people behind JM&Co. Design!

We’re so excited to be featured in Cosmopolitan Home! This article shares our story, how we came to work together as mother and daughter, and the values that guide the homes we create.

We’re grateful for our team, the clients who trust us with their homes, and the relationships we’ve built along the way. Thank you, Cosmopolitan Home, for sharing our story!

This main living area used to have tile floors throughout. We replaced them with warm wood flooring and added a coffered ceiling with wood detail to bring depth and warmth to the expansive room. And that mountain view makes the perfect backdrop!

Proof that a smaller footprint doesn’t mean sacrificing thoughtful design. We made the most of every space while creating a sense of flow throughout the entire condo, with layers of soft blues tying it all together.

We removed the existing peninsula and redesigned the layout around a large central island, creating a space that feels more open, functional and connected. The original stone was incorporated into the new design, while warmer finishes and layers of color gave the kitchen an entirely new feel. We also relocated the window to center it within the space and bring better balance to the room.

And a fun detail: the island required the largest slab of stone the builder and countertop team had ever installed.
