Designing a spec home comes with a unique set of considerations. How do you make it feel inviting and personal, while also broad enough to appeal to any potential homeowner?

We're having so much fun leaning into this challenge with our Canyon Lakes Spec Home project. Materials that feel both curated and universal. Room for imagination in how a space might be utilized. And just the right amount of personality to make it instantly feel like home.
