Mod Mountain was an empty property with potential! Close to town, views, exterior space to work with, and some unfinished spaces. Every square inch had to be renovated; but when the numbers work, that makes for an easy business decision!

Proud to participate and collaborate with an exceptional luxury builder in the Smokies on this stunning retreat. We had the opportunity to design some of the bedrooms, helping bring the vision to life with spaces that are equal parts elevated, inviting, and unforgettable. ✨

The size, amenities and finishes lend itself to hosting large group retreats, events and celebrations. Sleeping 36 with an indoor swimming pool, golf sim, theater room, rooftop deck and more - the options are endless!
