A new home, a new chapter, and an entirely different way of living.

When our clients traded their larger New York home for condo living in downtown St. Petersburg, they envisioned something completely different. A home that embraced the relaxed Florida lifestyle while still feeling layered, personal, and thoughtfully designed.

From statement wallpaper to a custom fireplace and carefully selected finishes, every detail brings warmth, texture, and character to this light-filled home.

Sharing a few favorite details from our recently completed project in downtown St. Pete 🤍

From the 20-foot ceilings to the expansive windows, there was so much to work with here. We wanted to complement the modern architecture with warmth, texture, and plenty of comfort, while keeping the space feeling open and balanced.

Stay tuned as we share more of how it all came together!

Moodboard to reality 😍 This new build came together exactly as envisioned.

A big part of what we do is building trust early and staying aligned through every design decision. We guide our clients through the process so the original vision carries all the way through, and they always know what’s coming next.

So honored to be part of this new chapter for our clients. After hurricane damage to their original home, they made the decision to start from scratch and rebuild. We’re creating a three-story waterfront home that feels elevated, expressive, and designed for easy, livable entertaining.

Here’s a look at one of our first site visits and material selections.

Many of our clients come to us after purchasing or building a home they already love. The layout works, the architecture feels right, but the spaces still feel unfinished or not fully reflective of how they want to live.

Specializing in full-service furnishings and decorative interiors, our best-fit projects span newly built homes, new-to-you homes, condos, second homes, and spaces that need a complete design vision. We also take on select new construction projects as part of a full-service furnishings and interiors scope.

We’ve been so grateful to have had projects that allow us to create fully realized, thoughtfully layered homes.

If you’re beginning a project and feel we may be a good fit, we’d love to hear from you!

We often see coastal design become a bit too literal, relying on themed decor instead of letting you actually feel it.

For us, it’s less about “themes” and more about feeling. The kind of space shaped by natural light, layered texture, and quiet restraint, where everything feels intentional but never overworked.

We love when coastal influence shows up in subtle ways, in materiality, in palette, in the way a room naturally feels easy without trying too hard.
