The bathrooms of this home, set in a beautiful green oasis in Newlands forest in Cape Town, were very dark and poorly laid out. We changed all that and by the end of the project even managed to add another bathroom in the space we had.

We created a successful mix of classic design by using a traditional style brassware and combined this with simple modern basins and clean finishes.

The green bathtub was made up specifically for this project reflecting and working so well with the green foliage seen through the windows. A number of the accessories were also customized in a black finish to complement the stained oak vanities and black granite tops.

I love the way these tiles play with light, texture, and reflection. Featured here is the Lume White Lux paired with the Lume White Struttura 3D Rake Lux, creating a beautifully layered surface that feels both subtle and striking at the same time.

House De Jager, a beautiful Victorian home in Gardens, called for a kitchen that felt both timeless and contemporary. Positioned directly opposite the front door, the kitchen became a key focal point within the home—designed to feel welcoming, functional, and visually connected to the surrounding spaces.

We layered classic shaker-style cabinetry with floating shelves, warm lighting, and bold black-and-white flooring to create contrast and character. Charcoal cabinetry, stone worktops, and carefully considered finishes bring depth to the space, while personal details and natural light keep the kitchen feeling warm and lived in.
