📌 A LITTLE NOTE TO OUR CUSTOMERS ❤️
At 50 Something T-shirt yarn , quality is something we take seriously. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase, and we always appreciate honest feedback when something isn’t quite right.
Please remember that T-shirt yarn is a recycled/upcycled by-product of the textile industry. Because it is made from leftover fabric, each roll can naturally have variations in thickness, stretch, texture and colour, and occasionally there may be joins or breaks in the yarn. This is part of the nature of recycled T-shirt yarn and is not the same as manufacturing a completely uniform, virgin yarn.
That said, we do not want you to struggle with a product you are unhappy with. ❤️ If you experience excessive breaks, quality issues or anything that seems unusual, please contact us directly via WhatsApp before posting publicly.
This gives us the opportunity to see the problem, identify the batch if necessary, and work with you to find a solution.
