Lunch on Guyam Island, Philippines yesterday ….. no Thermomix in sight. May also have been a little concern about food prep / presentation / hygiene but when on holidays in 34deg/85% humidity you just have to go with the flow.
Cold b**r under a tree is the best way to cope I have found so far

It may not look fancy but it smells amazing 🤩 Lunch today is loosely based on the Spicy mince pork noodle recipe in Cookidoo, a few ingredients are swapped out in the hurry to get out the door this morning with lunch packed!
I fear my container of leftovers for my lunch tomorrow may disappear as a second lunch for some others that are circling 😂
