Dining room before and after. Now a lighter, brighter room with a much wider opening from the kitchen and a new little window for an extra aspect. Beautiful curtains from Fermoie and one of our contemporary chandeliers.

Kitchen before and after - moving a kitchen to a new location is no small undertaking and sometimes it feels like a never-ending building site but once it’s done it can transform the way you use your home and the flow of the space.

The best part of a site visit, a surprise tea cake lunch stop out the back of the car, building site massively progressing which is exciting.

Bathrooms don’t have to be tiles top to bottom. We love giving bathrooms some personality, this lovely space with a gentle, small print wallpaper and pretty mirrors was for a lucky girl.

Having fun with kids bedrooms, pops of pattern and colour and quirky little nooks and eaves.

Knocking through two large sitting rooms, adding an extension to the side with two roof lanterns and moving the kitchen and dining tables in to the new space created a large, light-filled room for a busy family life.

We dropped the colour down in this snug room with a deep blue textured wallpaper to give a cosy, enveloping feel. Welcoming, squashy sofa and chairs are layered with patterned cushions and a kilim rug adds to the relaxed, country character of the room.
